What we collect

Your name, email address, and optional details about your country, profession and institution. We also keep your course progress, assessment results and certificates.

Programme registrations

When you register for a webinar or workshop we keep your salutation, name, mobile number, email, discipline, designation, department and institution, and whether you attended. UCHPE staff use these to run the programme, share the joining link and issue certificates. Your pass page is reached only through its own address; keep it private.

Why we collect it

To run your account, deliver courses, issue certificates and let others verify them.

What is public

If someone has a certificate ID, the verification page shows the holder's name, the course, the date and the certificate's status. Nothing else about you is public.

Your choices

You can correct your details in your account, or ask for your account to be removed at uchpe@sduaher.ac.in. Issued certificate records may be kept so they can still be verified.
